Terms of Service

1. Booking and Deposits

To secure a booking with Made For Morocco, a deposit is required. The standard deposit is 800 EUR for Tour Packages and 100 EUR for Day Trips, payable securely via our website. Your booking is not confirmed until this deposit is received and acknowledged by our team. The remaining balance is payable prior to your arrival, as specified in your final itinerary invoice.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

If you cancel your booking, the following conditions apply:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure: Deposit is fully refundable (minus any non-refundable hotel deposits secured on your behalf).
• Cancellations made within 30 days of departure: The deposit is non-refundable.
• Made For Morocco reserves the right to cancel a tour under extreme, unforeseen circumstances (force majeure). In such cases, a full refund of all payments made to us will be provided.

3. Itinerary Changes

We pride ourselves on flexibility. While traveling, minor changes to your itinerary can often be accommodated by your driver/guide. However, significant changes (e.g., changing cities or requiring different hotel bookings) during the trip may incur additional charges. Made For Morocco is not responsible for any itinerary disruptions caused by weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Travel Insurance

It is a mandatory requirement that all clients possess comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, emergency repatriation, and trip cancellation before arriving in Morocco. Made For Morocco assumes no liability for medical costs or losses incurred due to a lack of insurance.

5. Liability

Made For Morocco acts entirely as an agent for the local suppliers (hotels, transport providers, activity operators) utilized in your itinerary. We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss sustained during your trip, except where such loss is directly caused by our own gross negligence.
